A very spacious home with a double garage (w/workbench) and a custom-built RV shelter (15 X 50")  You could rent the RV space for $250/month!!!

A Home Warranty Protection Plan is included which insures - for one year - such appliances as:  Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, hot water heater, A/Cs, Central Air and Heat, etc.  The buyer may renew that coverage after the first year.

Sorry, I can't sell the Boat/RV shelter separately, but the simple fact is ... I've reduced the price of this property so much that - given the market pricing for a 3BR/3BA house in this area - you'd be getting the RV/Boat Shelter and the lot for free.

3 bedroom/3 bathroom  house ...1,750 sq. ft. with a two-car garage (workbench and storage room inside) and custom-built Boat/RV shelter (with hookups) AND ... a great garden out back!   This property is on the corner in a very nice, quiet, pretty neighborhood yet very close to shopping, schools, and restaurants.

Everything works just fine and there are no problems that I'm aware of.  It passed all inspections (including Termites) 24 months ago and and is treated for termites yearly .... just in case.  I have a clean title to the whole property.

It comes with Ceramic Tile floors,  a Fireplace. Central A/C and Gas Heat.  It got a new roof just ten years ago.   There are water faucet outlets, fed by two water wells, all over the front and rear yards, to water the flowers, etc.  And I am hooked up to City Water too.

During the recent, record-breaking rains (17" in less than a month!) most of my neighbors had water filling up their yards, threatening to flood their houses.  NO water stayed on my property.  NONE.  It all immediately drained off or was absorbed.

This is a very rough floor plan to give you an idea how the house is laid out...roughly.  Below is the official survey.

Survey of the 113 Fifth St. property

It is located in a quiet neighborhood within three blocks of a grade school, 6-8 blocks from the major shopping center and just a few blocks from six excellent restaurants.

It is a very solid home which passed insurance standards for hurricane, windstorm and flood insurance. It also passed muster with the Veteran’s Affairs Housing Inspector who was very thorough.  By law the property had to pass Termite Inspection as well as other conditions.  Simply put, he made sure that I (veteran) got a good home.

The kitchen has plenty of shelf and counter space with a built-in microwave as well as a nice electric stove, double-door refrigerator and dishwasher (all included). And a small bar faces the living room which is over 30’ long DX 12’ wide.

It has a big sunroom out back facing a very large, 25 year-old garden full of perennial flowers (about 50 species of plants, front yard and garden, overall) that are visited often by hummingbirds, doves, redbirds, butterflies and an occassional squirel.. There is a nice gazebo in the garden and a small utility shack for garden tools. The back has a Privacy Fence surrounding it. The neighborhood is pretty and very quiet.

Has a 200 Amp electrical box. Has Cable hookups. White ceramic tiled floors. Fenced front and back. Plenty of trees, bushes and plants. Brick walkways front and back. and motion-sensing lighting front and back for security. Everything is in good working order.

The master bedroom with a nice bathroom next to it.. Also a nice fireplace room with a working fireplace (not gas).

The RV shelter is about 50' long (under the roof), 12' wide (with 2 1/2' extra to the posts on either side) and the roof is approximately 15' high from the roof to the concrete-slabbed base. It has its own gated entrance. It is very well constructed and fairly new. And there are sewer, water and AC power outlets along side it. Flowers and bushes surround it for a more pleasant experience.

There are two water wells on the property so you can save money watering the lawn and plants with your own water. And there are two water heaters (main unit is gas) to serve all rooms. as well as Central Air Conditioning plus a 12,000BTU A/C for the sunroom and a smaller A/C for the front, small bedroom. A big utility room has plenty of shelf space and Washer and Dryer hookups.
..  I’ve had the double-garage re-wired for safety ($1,200 job) plus had some older wiring replaced to bring everything totally up to code. Also had a new telephone junction box installed for clearer phone reception throughout the house.

There's fine beach about 1.5 miles away, a great 18 hole golf course within one mile, and a few free public boat launches nearby. Also great fishing off the Public Pier about 6 blocks from here.

INCLUDED IN SALE:  Stove, dishwasher, 2-door refrigerator, built-in microwave, washer, dryer, and a couch.
