It is located in a quiet neighborhood within three blocks of a grade school, 6-8 blocks from the major shopping center and just a few blocks from six excellent restaurants.

It is a very solid home which passed insurance standards for hurricane, windstorm and flood insurance. It also passed muster with the Veteran’s Affairs Housing Inspector who was very thorough.  By law the property had to pass Termite Inspection as well as other conditions.  Simply put, he made sure that I (veteran) got a good home.

The kitchen has plenty of shelf and counter space with a built-in microwave as well as a nice electric stove, double-door refrigerator and dishwasher (all included). And a small bar faces the living room which is over 30’ long DX 12’ wide.

It has a big sunroom out back facing a very large, 25 year-old garden full of perennial flowers (about 50 species of plants, front yard and garden, overall) that are visited often by hummingbirds, doves, redbirds, butterflies and an occassional squirel.. The RV shelter is about 50' long (under the roof), 12' wide (with 2 1/2' extra to the posts on either side) and the roof is approximately 15' high from the roof to the concrete-slabbed base. It has its own gated entrance. It is very well constructed and fairly new. And there are sewer, water and AC power outlets along side it. Flowers and bushes surround it for a more pleasant experience.

There are two water wells on the property so you can save money watering the lawn and plants with your own water. And there are two water heaters (main unit is gas) to serve all rooms. as well as Central Air Conditioning plus a 12,000BTU A/C for the sunroom and a smaller A/C for the front, small bedroom. A big utility room has plenty of shelf space and Washer and Dryer hookups.
..  I’ve had the double-garage re-wired for safety ($1,200 job) plus had some older wiring replaced to bring everything totally up to code. Also had a new telephone junction box installed for clearer phone reception throughout the house.

There's fine beach about 1.5 miles away, a great 18 hole golf course within one mile, and a few free public boat launches nearby. Also great fishing off the Public Pier about 6 blocks from here.
